United Floor Care specializes in hard-surface floor care. United Floor Care has helped to research and develop a water-based aliphatic Urethane product that is the best in class. It has been developed for application on commercial and residential flooring to maximize a professional finish while at the same time dramatically reducing maintenance costs. It is an extremely durable, high gloss finish that eliminates the need to apply and re-apply multiple coats of floor finish. In addition, this product does not require burnishing or buffing. By eliminating the cycle cleaning process, our exclusive Urethane product will retain a high gloss for a very long time (typically one year or longer).
Our Urethane product may be used on most types of floors including VCT, Sheet Vinyl, Terrazzo, Ceramic, Wood and Concrete floors. Unlike many of the “traditional” finishes, our Urethane does not contain any zinc and has virtually no VOCs making the product much safer for application and for the environment, while reducing waste streams and hazardous chemicals. In addition, it is completely water reducible. This low odor product dissipates very quickly during the drying process. Containers for the floor finish are completely disposable, when handled according to package instructions.
We are equally excited about our developments in the acrylic wax and quick-dry urethane products. We understand the importance of serving each customer according to their individual needs.
